What is a preorder?
A preorder lets you reserve your item before it’s made. Once the preorder window closes, we produce and ship all orders.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 3 to 4 weeks after the preorder period closes. This timeframe includes production, quality checks, shipping to our fulfillment center, and order processing. While we strive to meet this schedule, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur. We’ll keep you updated and provide tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my preorder?
Preorders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, all sales are final to allow for smooth production and delivery. Please double-check your order before submitting.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on your region and carrier.
What is your return policy?
Due to preorder nature, returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
